Wonders of Signs only email products to customers.
Wonders of Signs only sell virtual digital data files. These files do not have a package and they are not tangible or physical. Products are emailed to our customers as pdf files.
Wonders of Signs does not mail products. We email products.

Wonders of Signs offer virtual digital products, reports in pdf form, that are preparedAnd emailed to paying customers. We check and recheck our data before we process your reports.
We do not allow refunds or returns.
At times digital files can become damaged when sent through email.
We would re-email your pdf and or send to another email address of your choice to make sure you receive your order.

Exchanges are rare events because we here at Wonders of Signs only process digital data files that we send by email only to our paying customers. In the rare event that the buyer is unable to open a pdf file we can look over the file that we have that we sent to you and check for any issues relating to the data or the file and resend the original report that was processed for the customer. Using the original exact data that the customer submitted to us.
