Contract
This document (including any modifications, changes and alterations from time to time by wondersofsigns.com) is an agreement between you & wondersofsigns.com. Wondersofsigns.com is, hereinafter referred as the website.
Free Consent
You agree that by visiting / have visited the website you have accepted the various terms and conditions detailed in this document. You undertake with a sound mind without any undue force, pressure or coercion, that you shall be bound by the terms of the website and the terms of the disclaimer.
Term & Termination
This Agreement shall remain in full force when you use the website as a visitor or as a member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by informing wondersofsigns.com in writing. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees or access to content or reports purchased using wondersofsigns.com. The website may terminate your access to the site and/or your membership for any reason which shall become effective upon sending a notice of termination to you at the email address you provide at the time of membership or later. The website is not liable to refund your unutilised fee or charges if the agreement is terminated due to a breach from your end.
The website can modify or delete any feature/ content at any time without a notice and without specifying a reason for it. The website also reserves the right to cancel or suspend your services at any moment without a notice or reason. On cancellation of service without due cause, or without specification of cause, the membership fee yet unutilized will be refunded solely on the discretion of the management of wondersofsigns.com.
No Commercial of the content & Services Allowed
The website is not to be used for any commercial reasons and endeavors unless approved as an ‘affiliate’ of the website. This includes providing links to other websites, whether deemed competitive or otherwise. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the website will be investigated, and legal action shall be taken.
Content Policy
Wondersofsigns.com owns & retains all proprietary rights, including all intellectual property rights of all the original content on the website. Except for the information in the public domain or for which you have been given permission by wondersofsigns.com, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. The website reserves the right to remove/edit any message posted on the website.
You must use the website services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, federal laws and regulations.

You cannot post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the management of the website.

Astrology is an ever evolving field and any data, interpretations, predictions from the website must not be treated as a substitute for the advice of professionals from the respective fields like health, legal and financial advisors.
Astrological advice and counseling from wondersofsigns.com is based on the cumulative or individual knowledge and interpretations of astrologers.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, wondersofsigns.com liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, of any, by you to wondersofsigns.com for the services during the term of the membership.

Online Payments
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Any misuse of the site, or violation of the agreement terms may result in immediate cancellation of membership without any refund in membership fee or charges.
No Endorsement of Third Party Content
Wonders of Signs’s Web Site contains links to and frames of sites that are not maintained by Wonders of Signs. Wonders of Signs is not responsible for the content of those sites and cannot guarantee that those sites will not change without our knowledge. The inclusion of such links and frames in Wonders of Signs’s Web Site does not imply endorsement of such sites or any content, information, material, products or services provided on such sites.
Email addresses are kept private and never used for mailing lists unless you formally subscribe to our email newsletter (currently not in use), in which case your email address is used solely for this purpose. We do not sell email address lists. Additionally, birth information submitted to us, whether through report orders or natal chart help, is only used for the intended purpose and never shared with third parties.
Emails are only sent to those people who have provided their email addresses for payment and fulfillment of orders, as well as in reply to those people writing for information. We do our best to delete emails sent to us with birth data requesting astrological information. We may not catch all of these if some have gone to spam but we do flush spam folders reasonably often. We securely store some birth data from customers or readers who’ve provided this data to us in various offline astrology software programs.
Regarding shared astrological data (whether through your astrological questions through emails or orders): Please note that astrological data is never shared with anyone outside of the site. If you’ve provided your birth data, you can request that we purge it from our software programs and delete emails that you’ve sent to us with the information. Storage of data is reasonably secure and takes the form of birth data only in offline astrological software.
Your payment details are retained for accounting reasons. No credit card or financial information is stored on Wonders of Signs whatsoever, neither is it submitted to the site since we use a secure Paypal shopping cart that handles all payments.
